ASA, a dynamic national association representing professionals
and companies within the shotcrete industry, was organized in March of 1998.
The purpose of this nonprofit trade association is to promote the use of shotcrete
by educating, encouraging, and supporting all persons or organizations that
could benefit from the use of this concrete placement method. The focus of
this organization is to provide current and accurate information to all in
the industry who wish to improve the quality and expand the use of shotcrete.
As a professional national trade association, ASA is committed to excellence
and dedicated to providing the association’s members and industry with the
most accurate and reliable information related to shotcrete. This commitment
provides the member with the opportunity to achieve greater success within
this burgeoning industry.
As a member of
ASA, you will reap the many benefits of membership

benefits of shotcrete by presenting them with the details behind successful
shotcrete jobs and providing them with timely and useful construction information.
-
Encourage and promote the use of shotcrete by demonstrating the advantages
of shotcrete to the concrete specifying and purchasing communities, both from
an economic standpoint, and from a quality and durability perspective.
-

proper methods, materials, and techniques required to obtain high quality
shotcrete.
In keeping with this goal, ASA is committed to support the ACI Nozzleman Certification
program, which is currently under development.

Provide potential users of shotcrete with a reliable reference source for
all needs surrounding the shotcrete industry.
-
Provide broad-based support to the industry to expand
